Bianka Rokolya — 30 Under 40 2026

Working with dealers and customers across Europe means Bianka Rokolya rarely has two days that look alike.

Rokolya began her hot tub career in customer service at Wellis before moving into logistics and senior customer support, giving her experience with both customer needs and the operations behind meeting them.

In 2020, she joined Bullfrog Spas, where she now serves as a sales and customer support specialist supporting the European market. Her responsibilities cross customer experience, sales support, logistics coordination and dealer relationship management.

“My favorite part of working in this industry is that every day presents a new opportunity to help people and make a positive impact,” Rokolya says. “Whether I am assisting a dealer, solving a customer issue, coordinating logistics or supporting a sales opportunity, I enjoy being part of a process that ultimately helps people create moments of relaxation and wellness in their lives.”

Supporting Bullfrog’s European expansion has been a career highlight, but supply chain disruptions and logistics delays have also tested Rokolya’s ability to manage challenges across different markets. She learned to rely on proactive communication, transparency and empathy while focusing on practical solutions.

Looking ahead, Rokolya hopes to move into a leadership role while expanding her knowledge of sales, business development and customer experience. She is particularly interested in improving what happens after the sale.

She would like the industry to put greater emphasis on customer education and long-term ownership, with manufacturers and dealers treating a hot tub purchase as the beginning of a relationship rather than the end of a transaction.

Outside work, Rokolya keeps that same interest in learning. She enjoys fitness training, psychology and personal development books and studying languages — particularly Italian — interests that complement a career spent communicating across cultures.
