On May 25, hot tub manufacturer Superior Wellness was named one of the 50 finalists in the EMEA 2022 Inspiring Workplace Awards at a Gala Dinner held at the Kia Oval in London.
Superior Wellness came in 39th out of the 50 finalists, with special recognition for the company’s culture and purpose.
The award, as originally called The Employee Engagement Award, has recently evolved to recognize forward-thinking and people-first organizations.
According to the U.K.-based hot tub manufacturer, wellness is more than just part of their name; it is at the forefront of everything they do, including creating a positive working environment for their employees.
“I am absolutely thrilled that Superior Wellness has been recognized as a finalist in the Inspiring Workplace Awards,” says Carol Claydon, head of HR at Superior Wellness. “The evening was a great success, and it was inspirational to see so many organizations who also offer a great work environment and focus on the culture.”
Matt Manners, founder of Inspiring Workplaces, believes the evolution of their award was necessary to keep up with the changing priorities of modern business.
“We have been recognizing organizations and the inspirational people within them for over eight years now,” Manners says. “This year, we wanted to evolve the awards to represent the way the world of work is evolving, too.”
