Jamison Zamora — 30 Under 40 2026
Before Jamison Zamora helped dealers solve business problems, he was the person delivering and repairing their hot tubs.
Zamora entered the industry as a technician with A-Tex Hot Tubs & Spas in Texas, handling deliveries and service. In January 2019, he moved to Bullfrog Spas as a dealer representative.
His responsibilities have expanded steadily since. In 2023, Zamora became dealer representatives supervisor and helped restructure the group into what became Bullfrog’s Dealer Success Specialist Team. He was promoted again in January 2026, this time to dealer success manager.
One idea guides how he approaches work: “People don’t care until they know how much you care,” he says.
Zamora says he wants interactions with dealers and partners to feel familiar, even when they have not spoken in some time. Developing the Dealer Success Specialist Team around that relationship-driven approach ranks among his proudest accomplishments.
He also gained a different appreciation for teamwork during the pandemic. With hot tub demand surging and manufacturing under pressure, Bullfrog established a volunteer program to provide extra production support, so Zamora stepped away from his partner-facing responsibilities and onto the manufacturing floor.

That experience also served as a reminder of what can get lost amid the daily pressures of the business. If Zamora could change something about the industry, he would have people more frequently reconnect their work to the person eventually using the product.
“Our product helps add relaxation to the daily chaos that we call life,” he says.
As his career develops, Zamora wants to continue strengthening dealer businesses while developing a customer-first mentality within his team. His goal is to be remembered as someone who cared about the people around him and helped them succeed.
His life outside work is considerably louder. Zamora enjoys motorcycle stunting, riding dirt bikes, off-roading in his Jeep, playing guitar and attending concerts.
