Mainely Tubs is seeking a service-oriented, self-motivated individual for a Sales Associate position in our new Bedford, NH location. This position will report directly to our Regional Sales Manager and will coordinate with our COO and our Showroom Manager. Our sales approach is customer-friendly and low pressure – we earn our business by providing an upbeat, informative sales presentation, by providing the largest selection of hot tubs in New England, by allowing customers to test our products, and by offering the best after-purchase service experience in the market. Our sales approach is to thoroughly understand a customer’s needs and to help them find the perfect hot tub for them. We are a non-commission sales company, although Sales Associates can earn meaningful bonuses for achieving company goals and for exceptional team work and customer service.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
· Become an expert on our hot tub, swim spa and sauna products, in order to help our customers find the product that best meets their needs
· Interact with customers in our showroom, by phone or over email with a friendly, service-oriented approach
· Build relationships with our customers, many of whom have been or will be Mainely Tubs customers for years
· Quickly and accurately respond to web-site generated leads using HubSpot CRM
· Document every sales task for review and reference
· Understand and be accountable for monthly and annual sales goals
· Follow through with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met—after the sale
· Maintain the cleanliness of the product and showroom
· Represent Mainely Tubs at fairs and other selling event
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
· Three to five+ years prior sales experience
· Passion for relationship building and selling
· Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
· Customer service-oriented attitude
· Good communication skills on the phone and in person
· Strong presentation skills
· Team-orientation and ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
· Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
· Excellent organization and time management capabilities
· Experience with CRM software (preferred)
· Flexibility to work extended hours as needed – including the ability to work one weekend day
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
