RB Retail & Service Solutions, a supplier of business software designed for the pool
and spa industry out of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, has hired Alexandra Copeland as the
company’s new tech support coordinator. Copeland has many years of experience as a tier one
and two technical support team member; she has extensive familiarity with SQL and simple queries as well as the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software including Android and iPhone devices, web portals, Windows OS and audio video mediums. Copeland will manage the technical support team to ensure productivity goals are met, coordinate schedules for installations and testing and conduct other department duties related to overall customer satisfaction.
