Stephanie Victory — 30 Under 40 2026

Few things make Stephanie Victory happier than hearing that one of her dealers had a great Saturday.
“Getting texts and calls from salespeople about their weekend success of selling three hot tubs on a Saturday is my favorite part of my job,” Victory says.
That enthusiasm for dealer success has followed her throughout a decade in the spa industry.
Victory started at Nordic Hot Tubs in 2016 as a regional sales manager covering portions of the Midwest as well as Texas and Florida. After a brief departure in 2024, she returned to Nordic in early 2025. Her role has since expanded considerably: Victory now represents May Manufacturing’s Artesian Spas, Marquis Spas and Nordic Hot Tubs across a 10-state Central U.S. territory.
The geography is large, but Victory’s approach is personal. The connections she has built across the industry are among the reasons she has stayed.
“Earning the trust of dealers, salespeople, customers and my co-workers is the most rewarding part of my career,” she says.
Those relationships became particularly important in 2020. As manufacturers and retailers dealt with supply chain problems, labor shortages, long lead times and surging demand, Victory and fellow regional sales manager Chantal Stoll stepped outside their usual jobs to assist Nordic with production planning.
“It was a strange and uneasy time for everyone, but I think I had some of the best times of my career in that small conference room,” Victory says.
The experience reinforced the adaptability she believes will remain essential as technology and marketing change the way the industry operates. Victory wants to be part of the generation willing to embrace those changes while helping the people around her develop professionally.
She doesn’t define that development as something with a finish line.
“We are all ‘works in progress’, and there is always room for growth, improvement and positive change,” Victory says.

Away from her territory, Victory enjoys hunting for finds at antique markets, playing cards and spending time on the water with family, friends and her appropriately named dog, Boatie.
