Joseph Musnicki Named Long Island Business News 2025 Icon

Long Island Business News has selected Joseph Musnicki, owner of Ocean Spray Hot Tubs & Saunas, as a 2025 Icon Honors recipient.

Icon Honors recognizes Long Island business leaders over the age of 60 for their notable success and demonstration of strong leadership within and outside their fields.

Musnicki founded Ocean Spray Hot Tubs & Saunas in 1981. What began as a small pool service business has since grown into a leading wellness retailer, with two Long Island showrooms and a portfolio that includes hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges and swim spas. Over the past four decades, Ocean Spray has installed more than 15,000 hot tubs across the region.

To be eligible for Icon Honors, honorees must have a long-standing commitment to the Long Island business community and have a sustained dedication to community service and mentoring. They may be in the workforce (or retired) and must hold (or have held) senior management-level positions with significant authority in decision-making for their organization.

The winners will be honored at a celebration on Aug. 21. Winners will also be profiled in a special insert of the Aug. 22 issue of Long Island Business News and will be available online at LIBN.com
