Fluidra, a pool and wellness equipment manufacturer headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, has named Jon Viner as executive vice president of their commercial, spa and specialty division. Viner, who will be working under the direction of Troy Franzen, Fluidra’s North America president, will be tasked with maximizing operating efficiencies and broadening Fluidra’s growing product categories within the division.
According to the company, Viner will drive the development, execution and the company’s go-to-market strategy, as well as oversee the launch of new innovative products; reinvigorate and foster relationships with dealers, distribution partners and SPA manufacturers; and be accountable for delivering sustainable top-line growth across all business segments.
Viner has more than 20 years of expertise in managing strategy and operations in the chemical industry. Before accepting the position, he served as president of BioLab, Inc., a leading pool and spa chemical manufacturer.
