Jacuzzi Brands has entered into an agreement to purchase Leisure Manufacturing, makers of rotomold hot tubs brands Sunrise Spas and Dream Maker Spas. Leisure Manufacturing is headquartered in Ontario, Canada, and manufactures in Lake Mary, Florida, and Ontario.

The purchase will give Jacuzzi an entry-level price point to offer its dealer partners. Leisure Manufacturing joins the growing list of companies added to the Jacuzzi portfolio, which also includes Hydropool Hot Tubs, Dimension One Spas, Thermospas and Sundance Spas.
