The Pool and Hot Tub Alliance is offering an on-demand pool and hot tub industry introduction course to help quickly onboard new team members.
In this course, new employees from all levels and areas of a pool or hot tub business will learn how the industry works, everything from key definitions, safety, pool and hot tub components and basic water chemistry will be covered. They will also be introduced to the PHTA certification pathways and additional self-directed learning opportunities. The course is delivered entirely online and on-demand, allowing easy integration into existing onboarding programs.
