Superior Wellness, a U.K.-based manufacturer and distributor of hot tubs and wellness products, announced its acquisition of Portcril, a Portuguese hot tub company.
With a network of over 500 partners worldwide, Superior Wellness is the parent brand of several hot tub, ice bath and sauna brands, including Platinum Spas, AquaSolus, HEKLA and Chill Tubs.
Portcril, known for its innovation and dedication to quality hot tub manufacturing, has been a staple in the European hot tub market for decades. All 44 employees of Portcril will remain full-time workers and have their continuing employment rights honored.
