Superior Wellness Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

Superior Wellness announced the appointment of Jay Crossland as its new chief operating officer. Crossland has extensive international operational leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain and large-scale retail.

With a career spanning over 20 years at IKEA, Crossland has held senior leadership roles across the U.K. and Europe, where his work included developing complex multisite operations, driving ERP and technology modernization and optimizing global supply chain networks. 

In his new role, Crossland will oversee global operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, systems and the development of people, performances and culture across all brands in the organization, including Platinum Spas, Chill Tubs and AquaSolus.
