Kaydee Maloney — 30 Under 40 2025

Kaydee Maloney, 30
Marketing and account manager
Real Market Solutions
Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania
Kaydee Maloney joined Real Market Solutions in 2018 with no experience in the pool and spa industry — but quickly proved herself indispensable. “A great majority of the pool and spa industry are born and raised in the field,” she says, “and while I love my family, they were nowhere near the pool and spa game. I grew up in an architecture firm.” Starting from scratch meant she often felt “one step behind” in the early days, but her persistence, curiosity and openness closed the gap.
Real Market Solutions was already a well-established manufacturers’ representative agency when Maloney joined. Since then, the company has expanded into OEM and manufacturing sourcing, helping connect factories with the parts, materials or products they need to produce goods for other brands. Maloney says it’s been an exciting shift from representing finished products to also working on the factory side. Her responsibilities span a wide range: assisting dealers with warranty and ordering, creating marketing materials, performing administrative work and conducting market research. “My position is wherever I am needed,” she says.
She prizes the trust she has cultivated, crediting mentor Brad Evans, president of Real Market Solutions, with pushing her to expand her skills, taking her from new hire to a trusted teammate.
One of her favorite parts of the industry is its variety. “Where else can you utilize chemistry, play with floats and toys, exercise in a pool, relax in a spa and renovate a backyard — all in a day’s work?” she says. Her long-term goal is to guide Real Market Solutions forward, preserving its legacy and expanding the business.
Outside of work, Maloney’s energy takes a different form. She teaches aerial arts to children in downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania, training them in circus-style rope and fabric work. “Every child threatens to run away with the circus,” she jokes. “I just provide them the skills to do so.” She has even competed and medaled in aerial arts competitions, blending athleticism, creativity and showmanship.
