Effective May 2020, Steve Stigers was made vice president of marketing in North America for Watkins Wellness. During his more than 14 years at Watkins, Stigers has held the positions of regional sales manager, new business development manager and senior international sales manager. Most recently, Stingers held the position of vice president of sales for North America for three years.
In his new role, Stigers will lead all activities of the North American marketing team, including brand, digital and product management, and will collaborate with Watkins’ international marketing team to ensure global marketing efforts are aligned.
As of July 2020, Mike Zook joined the Watkins executive team as vice president of sales for North America. Zook brings to Watkins an extensive background in the building products industry, with over 20 years of sales and marketing management and leadership experience. Zook will oversee all North American sales activities, including establishing and implementing strategic sales plans designed to help Watkins and its valued dealers maintain and enhance its position as an industry leader.
Additionally, it was announced in January that Vijaikrishna (VJ) Teenarsipur is the new executive vice president for Watkins. Teenarsipur will serve as the company’s chief sales and marketing officer and will be responsible for all aspects of various go-to-market strategies. He comes to Watkins from its Masco sister company, Kichler Lighting, where he served as chief marketing officer, and prior to that, Delta Faucet Company, where he began his career as director of customer solutions and culminated his tenure as vice president of eCommerce.
