As a financial analyst and now controller, Goncalves has been instrumental in enhancing strategic decision-making and improving operational efficiency. He has overhauled the ERP system, created a customer portal and revamped parts and bills of materials. These initiatives have streamlined processes across departments and fostered a culture of innovation at Viking Spas.

“My favorite part of the industry is the intersection of data analysis and direct customer impact,” he says. “I find it incredibly rewarding to use my skills to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, particularly as our products support healthier lifestyles. The industry is dynamic and entertaining, with constant innovations that keep my work engaging.”

Goncalves’ main goal is to integrate data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and customer engagement, leveraging the latest analytical tools and technologies to refine processes and products. 

He believes there’s room to innovate how hot tubs are made and operated to reduce their environmental impact.
