Over the past decade, Nate Hlibichuk has worked in many areas of the spa industry, gaining valuable experience along the way.
“I began my career working for a local spa retailer in 2013, where I gained hands-on experience in water care, customer service and maintenance,” he says.
This early exposure allowed Hlibichuk to develop an understanding of the intricacies of hot tubs and the needs of customers. He transitioned into sales and management roles that allowed him to explore the industry.
“After several years in the industry, I decided to take the leap and purchased a spa retailer, Spas, Etc in Bismarck,” Hlibichuk says. “I wanted to create a space where customers could not only find high-quality products but also receive expert guidance and support.”
Hlibichuk’s favorite part about his job is the opportunity to enhance people’s lives through relaxation, wellness and enjoyment.
“There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping customers find the perfect hot tub that fits their lifestyle and preferences, knowing that it will provide them with years of comfort and relaxation,” he says.
Though he loves the industry, there is one thing he’d like to change.
“By making hot tubs more accessible, we can help more people experience the numerous benefits of hydrotherapy and relaxation,” he says.
Hlibichuk has four goals for the future: continuing to innovate, ensuring customer satisfaction, becoming an industry leader and growing the business.
