In 2015, Rachel Ertman joined Watkins Wellness as a marketing programs specialist. Armed with a degree in communications and advertising, along with a background in customer service, Ertman found her stride. Her role allowed her to immerse herself in the industry, serving Watkins Wellness’ dealer network and connecting with the company’s mission.
Over the years, Ertman has taken on increasingly significant roles within Watkins Wellness, currently serving as the brand manager for Caldera Spas, one of the world’s largest hot tub brands.
“It feels good to be part of something bigger, and I love working on a product that improves people’s lives,” she says. “Caldera Spas bring people together, and we’ve designed the hot tub experience to be centering, restorative, healing and transformative.”
As she continues to build the Caldera Spas brand, Ertman is committed to ensuring that when people think of hot tubs, Caldera Spas is the first name that comes to mind. Her vision extends beyond just brand recognition; she aspires to be remembered as someone who made a lasting impact on the brand, creating a story that resonates with dealers, owners and shoppers alike.
Ertman is also a strong advocate for increasing female representation in leadership positions within the industry, and she is paving a path for others to follow.
“Every day, I feel so lucky to work with our talented team at Watkins and our incredible dealer network,” she says. “Together, we’re able to help more people enjoy the wellness benefits of hot tubbing.”
