Rob Carlin is the driving force behind Superior Wellness, a company he founded in 2011 from his bedroom. With extensive experience in the hot tub industry, Carlin has worked in delivery, sales, marketing, finance, logistics and after-sales support. This hands-on approach has been instrumental in the growth of Superior Wellness, which now operates out of a 130,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom.

What Carlin loves most about the hot tub industry is the opportunities for growth and globalization. He is dedicated to expanding Superior Wellness globally. 

“I relish the journey,” he says. “My ultimate goal is for us to become the largest hot tub company in the world, and I will persist until this vision is realized, no matter how long it takes.”

Carlin also advocates for continued advancement. “If I could change one thing about the hot tub industry, it would be to drive more innovation in product development, sales and marketing,” he says. “The industry is currently too outdated in these areas.” 

In addition to his focus on innovation and expansion, Carlin takes pride in the culture he has established at Superior Wellness — one that prioritizes wellness both in and out of the workplace.
