Marquis brand promoted during NASCAR virtual races

Thanks to iRacing, a highly realistic online racing platform, NASCAR is one of the only major sports able to host weekly events while practicing social distancing. As an official sponsor of NASCAR driver Ryan Truex, Marquis is the only hot tub brand sharing real estate with other NASCAR sponsors.

NASCAR drivers compete from the safety of their living rooms, man caves and home garages. Hundreds of thousands of viewers are tuning in to each race, generating millions of interactions on social media. During April and May, Truex participated in two eNASCAR series: the “Pro Invitational Series” and the “Grand National Tour.” Truex drove a virtual Marquis No. 40 Chevrolet. According to Truex, the Grand National Tour is particularly close to his heart. “What makes it special,” he says, “is how it’s all about the short tracks.” Short tracks are the small regional speedways where young drivers and teams develop their talent and aspire to careers
