Georgia Spa Company, a leading employee-owned hot tub retailer, announced the acquisition of Spa and Deck Creations Inc. (North Georgia Spa and Deck), a family-owned business serving the north Georgia mountain communities since 1985.
The combined organization now operates seven showroom locations across Georgia, from Atlanta to the north Georgia mountains, creating the state’s most comprehensive spa retail and service network. Georgia Spa Company will continue to operate the Blairsville location while integrating North Georgia Spa and Deck’s experienced team and established customer relationships.

The acquisition enhances service capabilities across the region with expanded parts inventory, factory-trained technicians and Georgia Spa’s valet care programs.
As part of Georgia Spa’s employee stock ownership plan established in 2023, North Georgia Spa and Deck team members will become employee-owners, joining nearly 90 colleagues across the organization. This ownership structure ensures long-term commitment to customer service and community investment.
