They’ve provided letters retailers can send to state and local health officials on the importance of hot tub and pool maintenance as an essential service, hand-outs and information to pass along to customers concerned about the safety of using their hot tub and best practices on reopening to keep your company and customers safe. You can also find updates on the guidelines and restrictions imposed by individual states. The association has also offered webinars on the Payroll Protection Program and other government programs for which hot tub retailers most likely qualify.
