Shannon Grady, 33
Sales manager/principal
Mountain Hot Tub
Bozeman, Montana
In 2019, Shannon Grady and her husband moved to the scenic town of Bozeman, Montana, where she found her professional home at Mountain Hot Tub.
“Under the leadership of Kelly King and Max Blaser, I knew right away I had found something special, a rare gem of a workplace, somewhere that I loved being and wanted to help grow and build,” she says.
Mountain Hot Tub has seen significant growth. The team navigated pandemic obstacles like long lead times and shipping delays, emerging stronger and more cohesive. In 2022, Grady stepped into a leadership role as sales manager, where she found fulfillment in training new sales staff and overseeing the sales department. Her responsibilities now extend to managing sales across all six of Mountain Hot Tub’s stores, including new locations in Missoula and Whitefish, which opened in summer 2024.
In September 2023, Mountain Hot Tub’s owners, Kelly and Shirley King, decided to retire and sell the company, and Grady accepted the opportunity to become part of the new ownership group alongside Blaser, White and other colleagues.
Grady is deeply committed to the company’s mission of providing unparalleled service, a value that permeates every level of the organization.
“We have created a culture at Mountain Hot Tub around these benefits,” she says. “Our staff understands and loves our products and what they can offer.”
Grady’s goal is to continue growing the business and serving customers across Montana, especially in rural areas where quality service is often lacking. She is also passionate about making the hot tub industry more environmentally friendly, particularly by finding sustainable solutions for hot tub and cover disposal.
