We’ll begin by addressing common barriers such as imposter syndrome and perfectionism, providing you with strategies to silence your inner critic and take bold steps in your career. You’ll have the opportunity to pause and create a clear vision of what you truly want while aligning it with your personal values to reduce stress. 

Building a supportive community is essential, and we’ll explore the key relationships you need to thrive in your professional journey. As we dive into skill-building activities, you’ll identify gaps and create actionable growth plans. In the afternoon, we’ll enhance your interpersonal communication skills, navigate difficult conversations and develop emotional intelligence — all crucial for career advancement. You’ll leave with a personalized communication and relationship-building plan, equipping you with the tools to implement your new skills.
